Artist Statement
In my artistic journey, driven by faith, confidence, and creativity, I aim to inspire, motivate, and empower others to break free from limitations and pursue their dreams. My work is a fusion of visual, verbal, and emotional elements, engaging both hemispheres of the audience's brain.
Art, to me, is a realm free from the constraints of right or wrong answers. Every individual's feelings are valid, and I celebrate the beauty of subjective interpretation. Through my art, I create a judgment-free space, encouraging others to create without fear or self-judgment.
My commitment to my community is to foster an environment where self-expression flourishes, and to assist individuals in unlocking their authentic voice, ensuring that their journey is met with sincerity and support.
In every artistic endeavor, I guarantee genuine results and a partnership founded on authenticity. My hope is that through this shared creative experience, I inspire and embolden others.
Background and Beginnings
I started my art business in 2020, around the time that COVID-19 struck the world. I started with resin products under the name Cuspy Art, which quickly transformed into making digital art, logos, and album covers for my friends, and then into more abstract, experimental creations. As I clarified my goals as a business owner, a name change came about that added more meaning and insight into who I am as an artist and partner. But my relationship with creativity didn’t start here…
I grew up dancing, singing, writing, and modeling from age 4, at church and at school, and anywhere they were playing good music. I continued most of my performance hobbies through high school, until I moved to New York City to attend Pace University. I graduated in 2020, magna cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Film and Screen Studies and a minor in Psychology. With the world in lockdown because of the pandemic, I decided to tap into my creativity again to ease the anxiety and frustration of this life-changing event.
